The Royal Group (TRG) has announced the acquisition of Pinnacle Packaging, Inc., located in Louisville, Kentucky. The acquisition was effective December 1, 2020.
Pinnacle Packaging, Inc., was established by Jim McCubbin and his partners in 2003. As a leader in innovation, service and design, Pinnacle has become one of the premier suppliers of corrugated containers and automotive packaging in the greater Louisville, Kentucky, market.

Jim McCubbin, current Pinnacle Packaging president and CEO, will continue in his position under the new ownership.
