Espoo, Finland based Metsä Board has confirmed it has promoted Michael George to Vice President of Sales, FBB Americas, effective May 1.
George has held many positions throughout his tenure at Metsä Board, most recently as Sales Director, Direct Sales. In his new role, he will report to Jussi Noponen, SVP, Sales and Supply Chain. Johan Holvik, the current Vice President of Sales, FBB Americas, will return to Europe. His new position will be announced at a later date.
