Dallas, Texas based Koenig & Bauer announced a showcase of the Omega Allpro 110 folder gluer at its Dallas headquarters last month attended by nearly 60 North American folding carton representatives.
The machine displayed its top speeds of 400m/min and produced a variety of complex carton jobs to demonstrate its flexibility, efficiency, and versatility.
Tom Fitzgerald, Director of Post Press Products, Koenig & Bauer, outlined the Allpro’s customized features and versatility. Individually designed for each customer, the Allpro helps users meet production requirements, maximize productivity and profitability, and produce a myriad of carton box design possibilities.
“We feel the best way to experience technology is to see it operating in person and enjoy all of the unique features of the Allpro line of gluers in action,” said Fitzgerald.
“Our visitors were eager to get up close and see multiple jobs with full changeovers on the Allpro folder gluer.”
One major folding carton manufacturer described the Allpro as “jawdropping” and placed an immediate order. Another guest commented that he appreciated having access to the technicians who answered all their questions.
Visitors met the management from Koenig & Bauer’s folder gluer factory and spent time with the entire sales and service team.
In addition to the Omega Allpro, the entire post press line of equipment was briefly discussed including the CutPRO Q flatbed die cutter and its unique “magic carpet.”
