Inovar Packaging Group, a provider of and sustainable label printing and packaging solutions, has acquired Enterprise Marking Products (EMP) based in Fishers, Indiana.
Founded in 1989 by Chris and Carol Fread, EMP specializes in pressure sensitive and non-adhesive labels for a diverse range of markets, including industrial and container, including drums, pails, and IBCs, food and beverage, and consumer durable goods.
Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and now with 13 locations nationwide, Inovar Packaging Group is a provider of prime labels, shrink sleeves, and extended content solutions for some of the nation’s top brands.
