2026 FORUM INFOFLEX will open Monday morning, April 27, with a keynote panel focused on customer-centric leadership and adaptability in today’s rapidly evolving flexographic marketplace.

The session, titled “The Customer-Centric Advantage,” will take place from 8–9 a.m. and will be moderated by Michael Apperson, former CEO of Loparex and Resource Label Group.

Joining Apperson on the panel are three flexographic industry leaders: Mark Glendenning, President and CEO of Inland Packagin; Tara Halpin, CEO and Owner of Steinhauser Inc.; and Tim McDonough, President of Flexo-Graphics

In a marketplace defined by rapid change, the keynote will explore how leadership, innovation, and organizational agility can help printers and converters turn challenges into opportunities while strengthening customer relationships.

Customer Expectations

Panelists will discuss how shifting customer expectations are redefining success for converters and suppliers, as well as strategies for building resilience during periods of disruption.

Additional topics will include the role of leadership focus and company culture in driving innovation, balancing flexographic, hybrid, and digital printing solutions, and responding quickly to evolving customer demands.

The discussion will also examine how companies approach go-to-market strategies, demand predictability and long-term partnerships, including perspectives on private equity and the importance of aligning capabilities with customer goals. Panelists will emphasize that customer value is not always defined by technical perfection, but by understanding what the customer is trying to achieve.

The session will conclude with an audience Q&A, providing attendees the opportunity to engage directly with the panelists.

The Monday keynote is designed for converters, suppliers and industry professionals seeking practical insights into customer-centric decision-making and competitive advantage.
