Decatur, Illinois based Huston Patterson and Lewisburg, Tennessee based Lewisburg Printing announced the launch of a Management Trainee Program aimed at fostering the next generation of leaders in the package-print sector. This comprehensive program will provide participants with opportunities for professional development, hands-on experience, and mentorship from industry experts.
Designed to attract top talent and groom them for leadership roles within the organization, the Management Trainee Program is a testament to HP and LPC’s commitment to investing in the growth and success of its employees. The Management Trainee Program will immerse participants in a dynamic learning environment, where they will rotate through various departments within the company, gaining exposure to different facets of the business.
