Green Bay, Wisconsin based Green Bay Packaging (GBP) announced that it has acquired Geneva, Ohio based Third Dimension Inc. The acquisition was effective October 1.

Third Dimension was founded in 1991 by Louis DeJesus and Jeanette DeJesus. The company has an excellent reputation in corrugated packaging innovation, molded foam packaging, 4-color digital printing and superior customer service. It has operations in Middlefield, Ohio, and services Ohio, Virginia and Kentucky.

Third Dimension will continue to be led by Louis DeJesus and Mike Kelly. DeJesus will also stay on as CEO of CompanyBox, an e-commerce packaging web business in which GBP has a minority ownership position.
