In a recent LinkedIn post, Baysek Solutions shared that it has shipped its first Baysek HF-101 “Baby Baysek” to Caribbean Packaging, a corrugated manufacturer based in Trinidad & Tobago.
Introduced to the market earlier this year, the HF-101 is a hand-fed, reciprocating flatbed die cutter with a maximum sheet size of 50”x50” inches. Following the tried-and-tested Baysek principle, the machine requires only two operators and offers nick-free and dust-free operation, along with improved safety compared with existing hand-fed die-cutting solutions.
Designed as an entry-level solution for small and medium-sized plants, the HF-101 brings Baysek’s small-scale die-cutting technology at a more accessible price point. The machine can handle multiple materials and cut multiple parts on the same die.
In a press release announcing the launch of Baby Baysek this spring, CEO Jeff Jensen shared: “We immediately thought of a few plants that could thrive with an updated small-scale die-cutter. Having worked with Darren Leigh, Managing Director at Caribbean Packaging in Trinidad & Tobago, very closely over the years, I knew that the new machine would be a perfect fit for them. Once they saw how safe and easy it was to run, it basically sold itself.”
