The AICC Emerging Leaders Workshop held in downtown Denver earlier this month was a big hit among attendees, hosts and presenters alike.

Colorado Springs, Colorado based Packaging Express, with its President Matt Davis, AICC Vice Chair, reported having a great time not only showing attendees their operations and sharing their story, but also enjoying a Colorado Rockies baseball game together with lunch at the beautiful Garden of the Gods Club.

The Emerging Leaders also toured the DeLine Box Company’s Digital Center, which featured their Barberan digital printer, design center and specialty folder gluer

In addition to other networking and educational events, the Emerging Leaders were inspired by a host of perspectives on leadership with presentations from Mike D’Angelo, AICC President, and Taryn Pyle, AICC Director of Education & Talent.

The Emerging Leader program is an exclusive series of training, networking and leadership opportunities for ambitious young professionals in the paper and packaging industry. To join, individuals must be 35 or under, an employee of an AICC General or Associate Member company, and ready to make a commitment to contribute to their growth and development and that of their network of peers.
