The American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA) has announced Steve Henry, Domtar’s Paper & Packaging CEO & President USA, as incoming Board chair. He joined other pulp, paper, packaging and tissue industry leaders at the Association’s Winter Board of Directors’ Meeting on January 29.
At Domtar, Henry is responsible for the unit’s pulp, paper and packaging operations and all its commercial functions. With nearly 30 years of experience in the forest products industry, Henry is highly skilled in delivering performance and building and executing strategic roadmaps. His career includes roles in strategy, project management and general management in corporate and mill environments with International Paper, Weyerhaeuser and Georgia-Pacific.
“Steve is a trusted leader whose deep industry knowledge and steady commitment to our shared priorities will serve the Board and the entire AF&PA membership well,” said AF&PA President and CEO Heidi Brock. “I’m grateful for his willingness to serve and confident he will help guide the association through another year of meaningful progress.”
