Hatboro, Pennsylvania based Acme Corrugated Box Company, Inc., which recently celebrated 105 years of business in the Philadelphia metro region, announced a continuation of its expansion with the addition of a second Isowa Falcon to their production capacity for 2025.

Unprecedented growth during the covid years drove a physical factory expansion and numerous capital investments. Notable equipment purchases include a full 110” Fosber corrugating line, a WIP high-rack vertical storage system, and a Harmax roll delivery system-and the first Isowa Falcon.

To shorten the timeline of orders through the facility, Acme has determined that a second Isowa installation would bring about a level of service unmatched in the regional marketplace.

Acme believes that by adding the second Isowa Falcon, as a complement to its existing machine centers, they will be one of the most effective producers of corrugated boxes in the nation. In mid-2023, the company added their first Falcon.

The right-handed 2023 Falcon has the same high speeds and short set-up times that Isowa is known for. Acme looks forward to having a second, multi-color Falcon to meet the ever-increasing requirements of Acme’s long list of clients.

Acme Corrugated Box, family-owned since 1918, is a third-generation, independent corrugated box manufacturer serving customers in Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic region.

Their state-of-the-art robotics and machinery are housed in a 320,000-square foot facility – one of the most modern and well-equipped box plants in the country. The company services the pharmaceutical, food, retail, and manufacturing industries.

Isowa is a private company with over 100 years of operation. Their US office is located in Phoenix, Arizona. For more information, visit acmebox.com.
