Weyers Cave, Virginia based A.G. Stacker Inc, manufacturer and innovator of corrugated material handling equipment and technology, announced their upcoming appearance at TAPPI/AICC SuperCorrExpo 2024, booth #1115. They are set to exhibit their new eXT stacker front end system, along with three DUO digital twin interactive equipment stations and their GO AG and SIMCORRA digital technologies. Co-hosted by TAPPI and AICC, the event will take place in Orlando, Florida, September 8-12. 

A.G. will have the new eXT stacker front end system will be running live. Capable of up to 20,000 kph, this system is part of A.G.’s new fully electric, fully integrated eSeries equipment line. The equipment is patented and patent pending, featuring extreme scrap and sheet control with adjustable nips, internal process cameras, roll out capability and a modular design.

A.G. will also feature their DUO digital twin equipment, an exact digital blueprint of working A.G. machinery, for attendee operation. The digital twin stations showcase the eBreak bundle breaker and eZFa load former, as well as one connected to the live eXT equipment as a digital shadow.

A.G. will also feature collaborative digital technologies, designed to give valuable insight, communication, and structure to production floors and processes. Attendees can browse through the GO AG digital application with an A.G. sales representative and witness its collaboration, customization, and internal process capabilities. SuperCorrExpo visitors can also create and test their own custom factory layouts, production runs and job configurations using the SIMCORRA planning simulation software.
