Decatur, Illinois based Huston Patterson and Lewisburg, Tennessee based Lewisburg Printing announced the launch of a Management Trainee Program aimed at fostering the next generation of leaders in the package-print sector. This comprehensive program will provide participants with opportunities for professional development, hands-on experience, and mentorship from industry experts.
Designed to attract top talent and groom them for leadership roles within the organization, the Management Trainee Program is a testament to HP and LPC’s commitment to investing in the growth and success of its employees. The Management Trainee Program will immerse participants in a dynamic learning environment, where they will rotate through various departments within the company, gaining exposure to different facets of the business. Through these rotations, trainees will develop a holistic understanding of Huston Patterson and Lewisburg Printing’s operations, culture, and values.
“Our Management Trainee Program is designed to identify and nurture talented individuals who demonstrate exceptional potential for leadership,” said Joseph Morelli, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “We are excited to welcome Brianna Barconi to our inaugural trainee class and to provide her with the tools, resources and mentorship she needs to thrive in her career.”
Participants in the program will benefit from one-on-one mentorship from senior leaders, tailored training sessions, and challenging assignments that will stretch their abilities and help them reach their full potential. Additionally, trainees will have the opportunity to work on cross-functional teams, collaborate on strategic projects, and contribute to the company’s growth initiatives.
The Management Trainee Program is open to recent graduates as well as early-career professionals who possess a strong academic background, leadership potential, and a passion for printing and packaging. Candidates will undergo a rigorous selection process, including interviews and assessments, to ensure that only the most qualified individuals are chosen for the program.
