XSYS has launched nyloflex XSN, the newest innovation in flexographic plates designed for narrow web printing. The nyloflex XSN is a flat-top dot plate compatible with both thermal and solvent processing methods.
This dual compatibility allows seamless adaptation to evolving customer demands without the need for additional equipment or process changes.
Featuring the new CleanRelease Technology, the plate’s formulation reportedly prevents ink buildup on the plate surface. This innovation reduces the need for frequent cleanings and press stops, improving Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), said the company.
Engineered as an inherent flat-top dot plate, the nyloflex XSN is said to eliminate the need for additional exposure units or consumables.
