Reflex Group has invested in four new FA-22 flexo presses. Two of the new FA-22 Lines are destined for the United States, where Reflex has recently established a new footprint through the acquisition of Los Angeles, California-based CB Printed Technology.

Reflex will install the remaining two presses in the United Kingdom.

The four new FA-22 Lines introduce a broad range of advanced functionalities. The equipment will enable the company to run everything from traditional labels to multi-layer constructions. Reflex will also produce peel-and-reveal formats of up to nine pages, sustainable linerless solutions, and a wide spectrum of self-adhesive packaging applications. In addition, the lines will support light carton production with window patching, as well as back-and-front labels on the same liner.

This expansion comes as Reflex continues to extend its global footprint, now operating across seven countries: the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Poland, Australia, and the United States. The company operates with more than 1,000 employees and annual sales expected to reach around £200 million.
