Reflex Group has announced its acquisition of CB Printed Technology, a specialty print provider based in Los Angeles, California. This strategic acquisition brings Reflex Group’s operations into North America, adding specialized capabilities in security labels for applications like authentication and anti-counterfeiting.
The Los Angeles site also has additional capacity to expand into other label solutions.
With this acquisition, Reflex now operates in seven countries with sites in Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Poland, Australia and now the United States, along with 17 sites across the UK.
The company is on pace for sales of roughly £190m this year and employs 1,000.
