Lawrenceville, Georgia based Multicell Packaging Inc., the largest independent manufacturer of chipboard and corrugated box partitions in North America, has acquired Cell Pak, Inc. of North Haven, Connecticut.
The Cell Pak facility will operate as Multicell New England, Inc., expanding Multicell’s footprint to four U.S. manufacturing locations. The acquisition enhances Multicell’s production capacity, shortens lead times, and increases supply chain security through additional regional manufacturing capabilities.

Customers will continue to receive the same high-quality products and service, with operations at the North Haven facility continuing as usual during the transition.
Multicell Packaging has additional manufacturing sites in Kutztown, Pennsylvania; Remington, Indiana; and now North Haven, Connecticut.
