The International Corrugated Packaging Foundation (ICPF) announced important changes to its Career Portal. After careful evaluation and conversations with current career portal users, ICPF has decided to transition to a new platform for advertising open industry positions that can be embedded directly onto ICPF’s website.
The current career portal will be discontinued on November 15. In its place will be a new digital tool called SociableKIT, which will integrate with third-party platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, eliminating the need to post jobs separately on www.careersincorrugated.com.
Transitioning to this new feature will provide an improved user experience with an intuitive interface that keeps users on ICPF’s newly designed website and better integration with social media and other communication channels. With a streamlined application flow, this new approach will also allow job seekers to apply directly through LinkedIn or a company’s internal ATS/API, simplifying the application process.
ICPF President Caitlin Salaverria said they believe the transition will better support industry recruitment efforts, increase visibility for open positions in the corrugated packaging industry, and will create a smoother application process for students and job seekers.
