The International Corrugated Packaging Foundation (ICPF) announced that Vicky Miksis will join ICPF as Research and Strategic Partnerships Manager.
In this newly created role, Miksis will work to facilitate and inform ICPF partners on relevant and timely recruitment and retention news and resources by conducting labor-related research to identify opportunities and programs for corporate partners to build their talent pipeline.
She’ll also develop and manage ICPF’s contact database and CRM for foundation stakeholders and support and advance relationships and partnerships between secondary educational institutions and corrugated industry companies. Miksis brings industry experience to ICPF, having worked at Fibre Box Association for the past 13 years as Marketing and Research Manager. She also consulted for ICPF under the previous president and holds a Master of Library and Information Science degree from Dominican University.
