Apex International will participate and sponsor the 4th Annual Women of Flexo Conference, taking place March 17–18 at the Watt Family Innovation Center at Clemson University in South Carolina. This year’s theme, “Unwind & Rewind,” brings together women from across the flexographic community to strengthen technical expertise, leadership skills, and industry connections.
Apex International will be represented by colleagues from the United States, the Netherlands, Italy, and Brazil, reflecting the company’s international commitment to empowering women and fostering professional growth across regions and cultures.
As part of the conference program, Farrah Nuzzo, Global Marketing, will speak on the Unwinding Expectations Panel: Letting Go of “Perfect” to Make Room for Progress, a conversation centered on balancing expectations and navigating leadership.
“Our industry is full of incredibly talented women who are moving flexo forward every day,” said Nuzzo.
“For Apex, supporting Women of Flexo is directly connected to how we think about long-term industry performance,” said Ruud van Cuijk, CEO of Apex International. “Developing technical and leadership capability across the industry strengthens execution, application expertise, and ultimately the results our customers achieve.”
Apex International’s involvement includes:
Global Attendance: Representatives from four Apex regions (USA, the Netherlands, Italy, and Brazil) will take part in technical sessions, workshops, and networking.
Sponsorship Support: Apex continues its ongoing commitment to Women of Flexo through sponsorship that helps fund programming, education, and professional development.
Industry Engagement: Through collaboration with FTA partners and global customers, Apex maintains a strong role in supporting initiatives that promote inclusion, education, and leadership in flexography.
Now in its fourth year, the Women of Flexo Conference has become a leading industry event, offering sessions focused on flexo technology, operations, AI and automation, leadership, and personal development which are all aligned with helping women excel and advance within the industry.
