Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) has acquired Mexico-based Eximpro, a provider of shrink sleeve label (SSL) solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1997, Eximpro is a top Mexican producer of SSL, a high-growth labeling technology in which full-color 360-degree labels conform to the shape of the container, most commonly used in beverage applications.
Eximpro’s leadership team will remain in place and continue running the business under the newly created MCC Eximpro brand.
