Kaska Robotics is presenting innovative Robotic Technology for the Corrugated Industry at SuperCorrExpo (booth #2863). TruckBot ATL is an AGV Robot for Autonomous Trailer Loading. TopBot is a Dunnage Placement Robot for the Corrugator.
TopBot places top dunnage at the corrugator as units travel into the Strapping System. This technology automates one of the last tasks that a person does in corrugating manufacturing.
The TopBot can operate at a higher speed than an operator applying dunnage by hand, thus allowing the Strapper to run at its design speed of 200+ units per hour. The system is very consistent in dunnage placement, resulting in a more presentable final product to the end customer.
TruckBot ATL is an Autonomous Guided Vehicle Robot designed to load trailers with no human intervention. The TruckBot VNST is a pallet jack style forklift for loading enclosed trailers.
The TruckBot VNP forklift has 100” lifting capacity for unit double stacking and flatbed trailer loading. Both models have state-of-the-art 3D SLAM navigation and 3D laser perception for safety and accuracy.
